Jean Gamarra has over a decade’s experience in residential and commercial remodeling. His experience also includes work in the concrete industry since 2005, first as a Quality Control Technician and then as a Quality Control Manager. Jean holds the highest levels of certification from PCI (Precast/Prestress Concrete Institute), and ACI (American Concrete Institute). Previously, Jean studied Fisheries Engineering in Lima, Peru and later transferred to the University of Texas at Arlington to complete his studies in Civil Engineering. Jean’s discipline, success and dedication have shaped his commitment to customer satisfaction and an honest work ethic.
Josh Bell is a seasoned professional possessing a degree in Business Administration with over 10 years experience in managerial and supervisory work settings. His background in sales and customer service is at the core of Josh’s commitment to maintaining the high standards of J&J Home Improvement. You can be assured that any project will be completed beyond expectations, with customer satisfaction and attention to detail as a priority. Josh has numerous years of experience in the concrete industry as Project Manager, Quality Assurance/Process Development Manager and Quality Control Manager. He proudly possesses current certifications from ACI and PCI.
